HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER PLACED ONLINE?

After your order at Zavira Crafts is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your items leave our fulfillment center, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website using this tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before checkout. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at 92-340-4563777 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

WHERE DOES ZAVIRA CRAFTS SHIP?

We currently provide nationwide shipping within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international B2C orders.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all credit and debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is also available for your convenience.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND ARRIVE?

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PKT usually ship within 48 hours, except on national holidays.
